1. Chango's Taqueria - burritos the size of a baby's head and delicious!
2. Threadgill's - homestyle southern cooking, an Austin classic.
3. Tam's Vietnamese Deli and bakery - Best. Vietnamese Food. Ever. (the banh sanwiches are to die for - the freshest French rolls!)
4. Bangkok Cuisine - Thai buffet! :9
5. Upper Crust Bakery - great sandwiches and the best carrot cake on the planet.
6. Amaya's Taco Village - outstanding enchiladas.
7. Pyramids - Wonderful Mediterranean food!

Also throw in: Chuy's (if only for busting Jenna Bush - the food's good too), Guero's taco bar (Big Dog's favorite Austin restaurant), Curra's grill (interior Mexican cuisine), Kerbey Lane Cafe (pancakes, OMG the pancakes)...
