You want to know the sad truth? Until about a year ago, I thought that homosexuals could get married just like anybody else. It just seemed like common sense, and a necessity of any nation that claimed to espouse equal rights. I was actually shocked when I learned that it was otherwise.

Believe me, I KNOW that you are far more than just a vote for one side or the other. You're a person, and you deserve better than what this nation is giving you; and any true Democrat feels the exact same way.
