Are the KIA car people repukes?

I've seen two ads recently for the local Inver Grove (?) dealership in MN.

One features a Bush lookalike spouting off great Kia deals and a budget that congress can afford and yadda-yadda.

The other features an imitation of a caricature voice of "The Chucker", a creation of a very repuke (and equally stupid) radio DJ for a local ratio station morning show.

Is the dealership just ran by pukes or is the Kia corp pukeish too?
