Will "Intolerable Cruelty" be The Coen Brothers first bad movie?

The previews look, well, shitty, and that's me being charitable. Maybe it's just because Catherine Zeta Jones bugs the shit out of me, or the weird way Clooney talks in it, but it just doesn't look like it could be any good. I really hope the rom-com angle is just a marketing ploy and it's really another deliciously dark comedy, but I have a bad feeling that this will be the Coen Brothers first loser after a career of gems.
