Not that I'm telling you to sneak out or anything, but if you do, and you want to do it safely... http://bart.gov/index.asp will give you the train schedule and http://sfgate.com http://sfweekly.com and http://sfbg.com will give you the haps.

But I'm not telling you to sneak out and have a great time in the East Bay. Not at all.
