30. I bought a $20 gift certificate for my sister off the QVC

website today. We've been setting spending limits for Hanukkah and Christmas (my family's Jewish and my husband's is Catholic) so no one goes into debt. It's totally out-of-hand. Show me how much you love/like me by upping your credit card debt. Give me a break.

After buying the gift certificate, I proceeded to go to my bank's website and transferred some money from my checking to my savings account. Fuck going into debt.
