Click on "Short Term Forecast" or "Hurricane Forecast".

ON this page, you can keep up with probabilities of where it will strike, as well as advisories and discussion of Claudette.

ONe of the discussions said that an oil platform in the gulf picked up winds that were 75-85 MPH, which would make it a hurricane.
