You must first know that I am deathly afraid of house birds. Ever since I was a little kid and saw "The Birds", forget it. No flying birds where I can't get away from them. I love them outdoors or in their little cage, but not flying around the house.

So suddenly my cat gets a hankering for birds. He brought one into the house and put it down, but the bird wasn't dead!!! Aaack! A bird flying around the house, I'm freaking out, my kids don't know whether to calm down mom or get rid of the bird and they can't figure out how to get the bird out anyway. Mass hysteria!!

The second time he did I got very mad at him and scolded him and he never did it again.
