wait 'til they're in the middle of their spiel, then blow the biggest, loudest, sourest note I can, right into the mouthpiece.

OK, so the guy I know who actually did that (he already had the sax) only used it on auto-dialers, but I still laughed out loud for twenty solid minutes!
