2. isn't it funny that Bush is appealing to the selfishness of
seniors when he says that SS reform won't affect their checks "if they're already retired or just about to be retired".

The idea that they'll agree that it needs to be changed as long as it doesn't impact them personally is so ultimately "republican", as is the appeal to their selfishness.

Greedy, selfish, mean minded little kids. They remind me of spoiled, selfish little brats.
