43. ABS laptop -- starting second year of heavy use

The desktop ABS were highly rated by several testing labs last time I checked.

Dells -- we have a Dell desktop -- and they installed a SLOW modem and charged for a high speed modem.

Toshiba -- some are very good and some are lemons.

Forget Sony laptops -- ours was a lemon from day one and they refused to replace it.
