4. Well, I worked out today
I got out of bed early, and put my gym clothes on. I drove to the gym, worked out (jogged and did weight training), sat in the whirlpool for a while, showered, dressed and then came to work.

Now, if *I* can do that all before 9:30, you can get off your duff and get some exercise in. (C'mon, you don't want ME to show you up, do you?)
