I just came up with a beautiful and simple meatball/gravy recipe.. It's so good I've made it about 3 times a week for the past three weeks. Two meals worth each time.

I'm constantly obsessed with homemade Chinese food and pizza.

I agree that Nacho Supremes are really tasty. I get the "beef-like substance" version though.

My previous obsession was Vietnamese Pho Soup (3 times a week), but I've slowed down and only get it about once every few weeks now.
