Well, unless you can handle the notion of killing innocent people in an illegal, immoral war, the military isn't for you.

But I do have a solution for you. Go and join your local volunteer firefighting company. You can knock around on a job and still serve. You get a huge adrenalin rush, you test your courage out very well, you will experience things that few others will. And you will be saving lives as opposed to taking them. Who knows, it could become a career for you.

I spent a number of years fighting fires, and there is nothing like it, including the military. Give it a shot, I highly recommend it.
