he says that the plaster is so nasty to fix, and the floors are so bad that the sanding i asked for wouldn't help much. he's talking me into turning a small room into a second bathroom and some bigass closets!
and he promised to keep the claw foot tub, because it's the whole reason i wanted to move down there.
WHOA. i'm fucking blown away. four closets! holy shit! and i can still sneak down there and use the tub at night. my head is spinning.
