133. How does this irrational hatred make your life any better?
How does it do anything positive at all, for you or for the world in which you live? How does holding a grudge for something a person did over 30 years ago that was ONE MOMENT in ten years of American involvement in a country that did not want us there (except for the small minority who we'd put into power and who wanted to stay there) make any sense in your life? What exactly does it accomplish?

No one in this thread has accused vets of starting the war or being baby killers or any of the other hysterical accusations you've made. BikeWriter, I know you're going to do what YOU want to do but for your own sake, you need to let this go. Jane Fonda didn't kill your brothers in arms. The people who protested the war did not kill your brothers in arms. If anything, they helped end the damn war and get you the hell out of it. Just what does all this venom accomplish? How does it fulfill you?
