The internet is galaxies of opinion clouds, but the rubber hits the road where hot gases condense into bodies in motion, and it's happening here, and it's manifesting in many self-sustaining, self-directing entities across the country that together are an informal, chaotic, and tremendously adaptable network of intelligent response.
