105. "Love Me Do" by The Beatles -- 1964
Thank God it's a great song. I love music. :)

Using the Life Theme Song on your 18th birthday option: Ebony and Ivory by Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder.

Hey, wow. Paul McCartney is a big deal in my life I guess! Interesting. I bought a couple of Linda McCartney's frozen vegetarian dinners for the first time the other day (and Linda is also MY name).

I also used to be friends with one of Paul McCartney's ex-girlfriends on another message board. She wrote a book (around the 1970's I think) about their relationship called Body Count, which she sent a xeroxed copy of to me to read. It was reprinted a few years ago.

And ermm...Ebony and Ivory IS a rather significant theme in my life. I've read a lot of books by African-American authors, bell hooks being my favorite. I've read over a dozen of hers.

And...my best friend in high school was African-American. Her favorite group was The Beatles.

Wow, BamaLefty. This turned out to be incredibly interesting. Thanks for posting!
