and dancing on the grave of, laughing at, or scorning recently banned disruptors is theraputic (on some base emotional level).

Also, it gives people a chance to find out if OTHERS felt the same way, or if others were fooled as well. That way, the person who was deceived can take solice and comfort in the fact the he wasn't the only person who fell for the disruptor's act.

EDIT: I do agree that publicly "outing" folks that are suspected of being disruptors isn't fair. But once they are banned... I think they are fair game.
