30. I threw a glass into a sink that was full of water,

and no other dishes.

Nothing broke, but some water splashed out of the sink and up onto the counter.

My husband called the county crisis line.

During pms, I find myself overwhelmed by the physicality of the emotional experience. Throwing feels good in the moment, so does climbing stairs, but we don't have any stairs.

Hey, go climb the Eiffel Tower!!! :hug:
