35. I've told this one before but it's a classic
Senior year of high school we read two Shakespeare plays: Macbeth and Hamlet.

One has a character named Fleance and the other Horatio.

Well, during an exam I was struggling to find the name of a character and combined the "Fl" in Fleance and the "-atio" in Horatio, knew it sounded vaguely familiar and wrote it as my answer...

After my teacher and parents all realized it really was an accident, we had a good laugh.
