I don't know the particulars of your situation, I can only assume that the things I'm seeing on TV you're seeing in person. I'm sorry for that. I'm sorry for any losses you've suffered. Thank God you're alive, and I wish you all the best as you rebuild your life.

I can understand your anger. No one could prevent a hurricane, but the area sure as hell could have been more prepared for it. Help should have come faster. There are many to blame for what is unfolding in your area, but Matcom is not the enemy. It's not his fault. You need to direct your anger at the people who caused this situation.
