74. $400 (not custom made) riding boots.

They are black Ariat field boots for hunt seat lessons and hunter-jumper shows. Field boots are the tall english riding boots with the little laces at the top of the foot. They fit wonderfully but are impossible to remove except with either A.) a boot jack or B.) someone to pull them off.

I know why military men used to die with their boots on. They couldn't get them off! ;)
