8. The originals are numbered
Like all Beatles albums, the "White Album" was available on vinyl through the seventies and eighties as a re-pressing.

But the record is unique amongst Beatles albums (and, actually, albums in general) in that the original release had unique "serial numbers" printed on its face. Also, the words "The BEATLES" on the cover are embossed on the original cover.

Like all later Beatles albums, the white album had "Apple" labels on the records; the reprints just had brown "Columbia" labels.

Accept no substitutes!
