Early this morning Rene lost the baby. She miscarried without complications and is recovering well. She needs to spend some time in mourning with her husband and her family. She won't be able to take calls for a few days.

Rene wants me to thank you all again for your love, your thoughts, and your prayers. Of course, she thanks you for the flowers and stuffed critters, too.

She wants you to know that your support has really helped her through this and continues to comfort her.

I wish I could be there with her instead of at my desk with a phone in one hand and the other on the keyboard.
