16. So I guess they changed the rule on public humiliation?
Some people feel great shame about their allergies, and now you've just thrown it into their face.

Why not just publish their addresses and force them to wear a great big "A" on their clothing so that polling stations know not to let them vote?

And while you're on your "Racial qualifications to vote" kick, I'm sure you'd prefer to take away the Hispanic and Black right to vote.
