seriously, I think what you're talking about is stress and worry...that literally weights you down, with its negative energy.

I try to dispel those feelings by taking care of myself, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Get regular exercise

Get enough sleep, eat well

Take hot baths. Hot water can be sooo healing.

Keep your heart open and stay in THE NOW. Stress and worry take you out of the present moment, which causes confusion and suffering.

Remember you are loved. Hang out with good friends. Laugh, have fun, enjoy life!
