1. I remember when I felt this way....

and didn't care if I ever woke up. It's all better now, but even after 8 yrs, I still have dreams that bring those emotions to the surface. I don't think you ever get over the hurt entirely, but it gets better and you start appreciating life again in time. Keep the faith. It will happen.
