Acadia. My husband is going crazy! We haven't been to Baxter State park either. I guess it would help if he had a climbing partner up here too. We will get there. He used to literally be at the Gunks every day for 10-14 hours at a time, but now you have to pay for season passes and parking and it is usually so crowded it is ridiculous. He used to make the trip down to West Virginia and Kentucky to climb every year. Before we moved up here he got into ice climbing and loved it (we lived in the Catskills in NY). I don't climb, but I do love to hike and our little boys love to as well. A few more years and we can do camping trips with them. Right now they are still at the age where we really need to do the type where we have to be close to the car. We also need a bigger tent!
