70. I had to do that once
The heat in my dorm room broke on a Friday evening and nobody was going to be around to fix it until Monday. That was in an all-concrete dorm, in Toronto, Canada, in late November, I believe.

The inside of our window had so much ice *inside* it come Monday that my roommate and I couldn't see out of it. I'd estimate the interior temp at around 55 degrees during the day.
