I am hard as granite, tough as nails.
I have sailed to the far edge of the world and back,
I have lived to tell the tale.
If my outside looked anything like my inside,
it would have needle tracks, razor scars,
a flaming heart tattooed on the left tit. But outside

I am a rounded kind of woman, robust, ruddy, fair.
I should be up a mountain somewhere, yodeling.
I could pick you up in one hand,
throw you like a lawn dart.

I am watching you you swagger down the sidewalk.
I will write you your own theme song.
I can put a corona of light around you
I can make you a chocolate chip at the center, melting.

I am hard as granite, tough as nails.
I am the woman who fits you with a halo
I am the woman who burns your image onto her eyeballs

Which are, unfortunately, soft as eyeballs.
