17. Well, the neutering itself wouldn't cost much....
but the owner did not deliver their paperwork for the cats' vaccinations (or it was never done in the first place- at this point, I can't be sure).

So, in order for them to be neutered, they would have to also be vaccinated and such. My roommate priced it out (because he WAS considering it), and it appeared that the total would be in excess of $100 (that he may never see again). So he passed on it.
