We had friends from back home come and stay with us. We ended up reenacting our collective college days. We stayed up late, played music, drank beer, shared some spliffs, talked, laughed and had a great time. I wished they could've stayed longer. I really miss those guys. Most of all I am going to miss evlbstrd's sausage gravy and biscuits. Oh man! I'd be his friend just for his homemade gravy. He's a great cook.

Monday night we all went to the Hawk 'n' Dove and got to hang with Skinner, EarlG, LynneSin, TZ (formerly turtlensue), HissySpit and others. Tuesday, four of our visitors made it to the Mall while I recuperated with my arthritic body in a warm tub, lotsa pills and some of evl's homebrew. The rest of the evenings we spent on our laptops around the dining room table or upstairs sitting cross-legged on the bed talking about life.
