36. Kentucy is not a solidly Repub State
Kentucky has started leaning Republican but as we have done with all southern States--we have given Republicans free reign. We have abandaoned Democrats in the South. Transplanted southerner.

Pure and simple at this moment Ralph Reed is organizing every
precinct throughout the US. Do we have an organizer whose job it is to to organize the states all the way down to the precinct level.?
