5. Who comes up with such lame-brained ideas? I live in rural area and it's a 20 mile commute
to my place of employment -- which, because this is a rural area -- pays much lower wages than a similar urban area company could get away with.

So I'd be penalized twice -- living in a rural area where wages are already lower, and where one has to travel farther to find a job. Actually, three times -- there's absolutely no public transit available as an alternative method of commuting.

I have an idea, too. Tax the urbanites who live where mass transit is available, but who still insist on driving their cars instead.
