That is why I mentioned Cali. If they had decent "bear arms" legislation, you would see little action elsewhere on open-carry. I may be wrong, but being the largest state with some of the worst laws, open-carry may disprove the notion of "all politics being local."

Actually, she only revealed the Lady Smith in its holstered condition and smiled reassuringly. And definitely (in my mind) looks better than the photo-shopped guy. Why waste the money on cameras and editing when you can use your own mind?

I treat guns seriously which is why I don't get all panicked when someone shows up in a public accommodation wearing one. And that has happened to me a number of times.
