Yes, they sell their firearms through the UCAM/DCAM in Mexico City. But like I said earlier, used firearms are bought and sold legally and without many problems.

Simply put, there is no gun ban in Mexico. You need to rectify your statements or stop generalizing. Yes, gun control is technically more severe than in the US, but (and here we agree) it is quite ineffective.
