The History Channel is saying the Anthrax came from within the US weapons program. They also say those inside know where the Anthrax originated.

How the Anthrax was used, by whom and how it managed to get outside of the US program is not publicly known. I would assume they know now, and aren't going to tell.

But the reality of this is that Dick Cheny could have stuck it in his pocket or it could have happened about one hundred other ways.
