or Government Accountability Office, or both?

Both names are used in the letter, and I noticed that after your fact-checking you retained the original, seemingly in error, version.

Is the GAO officially named "General Accountability" and known as "Government Accountability"?

Folks I've been forwarding the original letter to have been writing me to ask. Thankee!
