16. I don't think it much matters what
gas station you buy your gas in. I remember once being told that the actual gasoline in your local station can come from ANY company. In other words, Shell can produce the gas which it then supplies to Mobil. Exxon can sell its gas to Citgo. And on and on. Just because your gas is delivered in a tanker labeled Mobil, it doesn't mean that the gas was NOT produced by BP.

This is how it used to be and it probably has not changed.
