I would love to see Tom Allen go for that seat. My husband and I have been playing "fantasy candidate" and Tom Allen is our hands-down favorite thus far.

If Snowe did run for governor, I have a feeling Baldacci would be toast. To be honest, thus far, I was much more impressed with him when he was a rep. A lot of us are pretty mad about how he's pushed for liquified natural gas development, among other things (not that I would prefer Snowe--I'm just saying I think he's vulnerable.)

Thanks for the welcome, everybody! And the fact that there are other RT fans here makes me feel even more at home. (I just saw him last month--gloat, gloat)
