I'm not sure who at your paper to address this to, but it has come to my attention that Mr. Fred Phelps is utilizing articles published in your paper on his flyers. While I will not argue with anyone's right to believe or say as they wish, I believe it is well beyond any legal "fair-use" for someone like Fred Phelps to photocopy articles in their entirety for use on his propaganda.

I'm certain that your editors and legal department would like to be made aware of this use of material copyrighted by your paper.
