3. WTF? I read about the Mungo thing but I skipped the Scottish farm

posts from a while back, apparently I shouldn't have. Wasn't it reported that prior to bein installed as pResident bush* had only visited ONE other foreign country, that being MEXICO, and now he's stealing a joke and retelling it as though it were part of his life story?
