17. Which three senators were there?
Frist, I know.

I've heard Harkin. Is that right? Who else? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I am really disappointed in the Senate. Even Dayton or Sarbanes could have stood up and blocked it. They aren't running for re-election. They have nothing to lose.

Patrick Kennedy voted against it in the House, and all that I've heard from Ted Kennedy is that he'll work to make sure that our rights are not impeded...or something like that. Where the hell was he.
