Mark Warner worked hard to get that tax increase through the state legislature and now Virginia has a solid surplus. Also, Virginia, under Governor Mark Warner has been rated the most fiscally responsible and best mangaged state in the nation. WTF does Kilgore wanna' go and fuck that up for?
