NO WAY

OF COURSE (THIS IS A NO BRAINER)

However, in my opinion, asking DeLay to testify under oath is not the issue. DeLay doesn't deny what he has done. DeLay is justifying his actions and will NEVER give up power unless forced to do so.

At this point, the Dems have no power. Only Republicans can force him out, which they may do IF he becomes enough of a vote drain on the party.
