10. Berger pled guilty to misdemeanor

Not a slam as much as a sarcastic joke, note the sarcasm icon even!

His sentencing is in September. he plead guilty to a misdemeanor. He's looking at a $10,000-$100,000 fine, and up to a year in jail, though from reading over reports of the trial, it seems more likely he'll get the lower end of the sentencing.
