We obviously don't know how to fix it anymore than a child could fix an expensive vase they broke in a store. The vase would get paid for though by the parent. We the american people are the parent and we need to pay the Iraqis enough to fix their own country. They were able to fix it in the first place why are they suddenly unable to do so now. Only Haliburton can fix things the US breaks, is that how it is?
