And, in other news, he proposed cutting proposals.

They spent over $400 million in SE Louisiana. Something like $250 million had been proposed to be spent.

Less than half the overall NG is in Iraq. Somewhat more than half of Louisiana's is in Iraq. But the amount of NG heading to SELA is greater than all of LA's NG.

The third that remained could have been called up on Sunday. But wasn't.
