some sort of lack of blood flow to the brain?

I think it is hard to sort out what is what, he has such
a complex psych picture.

Yes I think it does not bode well. His history is that he
is mean, petty, revengeful, impulsive, over reactive.
As his environment gets more hostile I think he will get uglier than usual.
